Service Description
This is for you if you are in a relationship, but only you want to be coached, without your partner. Whether you're just starting a new relationship, looking to strengthen your relationship, tackle challenges, or want to ensure that you're with the right person, I am here to provide honest and open guidance to help you reach your relationship goals. Together, we can expand your understanding of you and your partner, ensure your values are aligned, as well as, create a deeper and more meaningful relationship. If this is not the time you want your appointment to reoccur on every week, please add a note in the booking form when signing up. Sessions are 1-1.5 hrs each and are conducted through Zoom. You will be sent a Zoom link for our online sessions via email within 48 hours of your purchase. All packages are non-refundable, and you are expected to be on time, present, open, honest, accountable and willing to do the work. That means if you set a goal with me, you must be willing to do the work it takes to achieve the goal. Cancellation Policy
We will schedule your sessions at a convenient time for both of us. The sessions must be completed in a set time indicated on the package. Example: A package with ten weekly sessions will be completed in 10 weeks. The sessions are non refundable. You may reschedule twice with 24 hours notice. The appointment is moved to the next week and we add a week on at the end. If you do not give 24 hours notice or show up more than 10 minutes late to a session, you lose the session/payment. 3rd time canceling, you will lose the session/payment. 4th time canceling, all your future sessions are canceled without refund. I also agree to be on time for all our sessions and to give 24 hours notice if I have to cancel as well. I am a coach. I don't promise to fix anyone's problems. I guide you to reaching your goals. Just like the fitness coach can't promise you a 6 pack, I can't promise you instant results. You have to be willing to be accountable and do the work. PRIVACY POLICY My policy is simple! I do not collect or keep any data from you. Everything is 100% secure and confidential. The only cookies I have, are served with coffee! I adhere to the strict ethical standards set by the Accreditation for Coaching. Our sessions and your personal information are kept in confidence. Sessions are not recorded and I will only contact you regarding our regularly booked sessions or to follow up/check in on your progress. I do not send solicitation emails. Only the clients who ask to be added to my email list will be notified via email of sales, new courses or seminars. Even your payment is kept secure.
