Privacy Policy

My policy is simple!  I do not collect or keep any data from you.  Everything is 100% secure and confidential.

The only cookies I have, are served with coffee!

 

I adhere to the strict ethical standards set by the Accreditation for Coaching.  Our sessions and your personal information are kept in confidence.  Sessions are not recorded and I will only contact you regarding our regularly booked sessions or to follow up/check in on your progress.  I do not send solicitation emails.  Only the clients who ask to be added to my email list will be notified via email of sales, new courses or seminars.  Even your payment is kept secure.  Wix Payments processes all transactions and keeps your credit card, address and billing information private, even from me.    
 

Cancelation Policy

We will schedule your sessions at a time that is convenient for the both of us. The sessions must be
completed in set amount of time indicated on the package. Example: A package with 10 weekly sessions,
will be complete in 10 weeks. The sessions are non refundable. You may reschedule twice with 24 hours
notice. The appointment is moved to the next week and we add a week on at the end.
 
If you do not give 24 hours notice or show up more than 10 minutes late to a session, you lose the
session/payment. 3rd time cancelling, you will lose the session/payment. 4th time cancelling, all your future
sessions are cancelled without refund. I also agree to be on time for all our sessions and to give 24 hours
notice if I have to cancel as well.
 
I am a coach. I don't promise to fix anyone's problems. I guide you to reaching your goals. Just like the
fitness coach can't promise you a 6 pack, I can't promise you instant results. You have to be willing to be
accountable and do the work.
Purchasing my services means you have read and understand this, and are ready to do the work.
